Weinhold Dropping out of County Race

(St. FRancois County, MO.) A candidate for Associate Commissioner in St. Francois County, Steve Weinhold, has withdrawn his name from the ballot in the August primary and general election in November. According to Weinhold he feels another candidate, Desloge Mayor, David Kater, is a better fit for the position of Associate Commissioner of the northern district. Weinhold is also working at starting a new business. This leaves three candidates for the seat including incumbent Democrat, Patrick Mullins and Republicans Greg Montgomery and Kater.
