Washington County's In Bloom Flower Fest

(Washington County, MO) This Mother's Day, May 7th, a new In Bloom Flower Festival will be held in Washington County. The Executive Director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Jula Bayless says you can get Mom something great for her special day and have a wonderful time doing it.
