Washington County Man Injured in Crash

(Washington County, MO) A Mineral Point man is hospitalized following a one vehicle crash in Franklin County. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, 58 year old David Hografe was traveling on Route HH, north of Conley Dr. when he lost control of his car and went off the right side of the road. Hografe overcorrected and the vehicle ran off the left side of the road and hit a tree throwing Hografe out. It happened just after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Hografe was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis in serious condition. He was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
