Taxation and Telemedicine Measures

(Jefferson City, MO) Missouri Legislators are on spring break until next week and before the break there was a whirlwind of legislative activity in order to get legislation through both the house and the senate before the end of the session. The State Representative for the 115th District, Cyndi Buchet Courtway, says she had a measure dealing with taxation.

According to Bucheit Courtway her telemedicine bill would change the definition of telemedicine to include an adaptive questionnaire. This would allow people who have less serious problems to address the issue without having to physically go to the doctor's office.
