SUV Accident Fatality on Highway CC

(St. Francois County, MO) A Sullivan man, 29 year old Jacob E. Niedbalski, is dead after his  SUV rolled over in a wreck in St. Francois County Saturday Morning at 2:40. According to Highway Patrol reports Niedbalski lost control of his vehicle and it ran off the right side of the road on Highway CC, just east of Cole Road. The SUV crashed into a rock embankment and rolled over. Niedbalski, who was not wearing a seat belt when the wreck occurred, was pronounced dead at the scene.
