St. Francois County Wreck

(St. Francois County, MO.) Two people are suffering serious injuries after a wreck in St. Francois County Saturday night. According to Highway Patrol reports at just past 7:30 a pick up was being driven south on County Line Road by 53 year old Samuel J. Zavadil of French Village. The truck crested a hill and ran into the rear of a vehicle that was stopped in the road. It was driven by 33 year old Randall K. Woodruff of Collinsville, Illinois. Zavadil was thrown from the truck. He was wearing his seat belt however, Woodruff, and his male 4 year old passenger, were not.  Zavadil was taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson while Woodruff, and the minor, were taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis. Woodruff's passenger received minor injuries.
