St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department Seeks Fugitive Jesse Ray Rector

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Jesse Ray Rector, a 41-year-old fugitive wanted on multiple felony warrants.

Rector is wanted for being a sex offender physically present or loitering within 500 Feet of a park with a playground, pool, or museum and driving while revoked or suspended, both of which are classified as Class E felonies. Authorities say Rector has ties to several locations, including Park Hills and Ste. Genevieve. 

Anyone with information that could lead to Rector’s arrest is urged to contact the St. Francois County Sheriff’s Department at 573-756-3252, St. Francois County Central Dispatch at 573-431-3131, email sheriff@sfcsd.org. 

Authorities say do not attempt to apprehend Rector yourself, as he may be dangerous. Instead, report any information to law enforcement immediately.
