Potosi Man Killed in Rollover Accident

(Washington County, MO) A Potosi man, 24 year old Wesley Timmons, is dead after rolling his SUV in Washington County Saturday morning. It happened shortly before 5:30 on Route U, north of Hopewell Road. This according to the troopers with the State Highway Patrol. They say Timmon's vehicle ran off the east side of the road and hit a driveway embankment, which caused the vehicle to become airborne before overturning. Timmons, who was not wearing his seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
