Park Hills Public Works to Begin Citywide Storm Debris Pickup January 21st

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - Following last week's severe winter storm, the City of Park Hills Public Works Department has announced a citywide storm debris pickup beginning Monday, January 21.

Crews are currently focused on clearing public roadways of snow and ice damage but will transition to residential debris collection next week. Residents are encouraged to prepare by placing storm-damaged tree limbs and other winter storm debris as close to the road as possible.

City officials urge residents to call City Hall at 573-421-3577 to register their address for pickup. While the city will cover all areas, registering helps the Public Works Department coordinate their cleanup efforts more efficiently.

Due to the extensive damage caused by the ice and snow, officials warn that the cleanup process will take time and ask for the community's patience as crews work diligently to restore the city.
