Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - A Park Hills man is in custody following his arrest Wednesday morning for probation violations.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 58-year-old Keith D. Carter was taken into custody at 11:32 a.m. in St. Francois County. Carter was arrested on two probation violation charges—one out of St. Francois County and another from the State of Missouri.
Authorities say Carter is being held in the St. Francois County Jail with no bond.
