(Jefferson City, MO.) The clash over feral hog issues, between land owners and officials with the Missouri Department of Conservation, is on hold. State Representative, Chris Dinkins, says with the capitol shut down over fear of spreading the caronavirus, it's been a challenge to get any legislative business accomplished.

Dinkins also says the legislation to regulate the MDC is also at a stalemate now and it's not for sure the legislative session will wrap up normally. She goes on to explain there has been some discussion of a special session possibly being called by the Governor.
