Internet Use Tax Vote in April

(St. Francois County, MO) Voters in St. Francois County will decide the fate of an internet sales tax in the April 5th elections. St. Francois County Auditor, Louie Sieberlich, says the State of Missouri is already getting a sales tax from internet sales in the county, yet no money will be given to St. Francois County until voters approve the internet use tax.

According to Sieberlich there's a roughly estimated one million dollars of tax money sitting in Jefferson City that should be coming to St. Francois County. KFMO News will have election night coverage on AM 1240, the Parkland's Freedom Leader.
