Incident at North County Schools

(Bonne Terre, MO) It's unclear if any charges might be filed after an incident at the North County High School campus Tuesday. A letter to North County High School parents, students, and staff, posted on the High School's Facebook page, indicates during lunchtime, two students from a neighboring district entered the High School building without authorization. They were recognized as not students by a staff member who reported their presence to administration. When confronted by administration they attempted to leave campus and were apprehended by the school resource officer. Investigation has revealed that these same students conducted a similar incident in another neighboring district. At this time, there is no indication these individuals posed a threat to students and they did not disrupt classes.
