Immigration Bill in Committee Hearings

(Jefferson City, MO) House Bill 2470, dealing with illegal immigration, is being heard in Missouri's Homeland Security Committee. The bill's sponsor, 144th District State Representative, Chris Dinkins, says the measure would strengthen enforcement in protecting the integrity of Missouri's Borders.

According to Dinkins reports of illegal immigrants bringing drugs and other dangers to communities across the country are fueling this bill, as well as others dealing with immigration, that are going to committee.
