How Court Bonds Work

(Farmington, MO) The bonding procedures within our court systems can be confusing. St. Francois County Prosecuting Attorney, Melissa Gilliam, says when setting bond a judge has three things to consider.

Gilliam explains bond can be reviewed for a reduction in the amount. Bonds can be reviewed twice, once within the first 48 hours and a second time in 7 days.
