Jefferson City, Mo. (KFMO) - A Hillsboro man, 37-year-old Gage Luttman, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to 241 crimes, including a series of burglaries and thefts in southwest St. Louis between August 2023 and March 2024.
He was indicted on 252 charges, including stealing, burglary, and assault. As part of a plea deal, 11 felony charges for stealing firearms were dismissed. Luttman stole thousands of dollars worth of items, including tools, electronics, guns, and eight vehicles. He was arrested in April 2024 after a search of his Hillsboro home recovered many stolen items. Surveillance footage also linked him to the crimes.
Luttman is currently incarcerated at the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre.
He also faces pending charges in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties.
