Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - You might find yourself attempting to adjust to this past weekend's time change.

Clocks were set an hour ahead Saturday night and The Old Farmer's Almanac's Dan Holiday, says a Harvard Sleep Researcher recommends fasting to keep you in sync after the time change.
