Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade Winners

(Park Hills, MO) The winners from the Hefner Furniture, Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade, are Bryant Restoration in 1st place, Ryan Klaus Insurance in 2nd place, and the First United Methodist Church Youth Group in 3rd. The Executive Director of the Chamber, Tammi Coleman, says they want to Thank everyone at Hefner Furniture fro sponsoring the event.

Bryant Restoration wins $200, a trophy, and a gift basket from Hefner Furniture while Ryan Klaus Insurance picks up $150 and the First United Youth Group gets $100. The parade theme was Christmas in Our Hometown: A Historical Celebration. The float from Bryant Restoration featured the Missouri Mines State Historic Site and a Chat Dump with a Christmas Tree. The entry from Ryan Klaus Insurance was the Union Pacific Railroad, a Moose, and a Rooster: referencing the former town of Elvins. The float from First United Methodist's Youth Group represented an old time church service.
