Health Officials on St. Francois County Coronavirus

(Park HIlls, MO.) Health officials with the St. Francois County Health Center will be giving updates and assisting the public with an increased effort towards information on the spread of the Coronavirus after one person has tested positive for COVID-19 in the county. The Executive Director of the St. Francois County Health Center, Amber Elliot, said at a press conference this morning they expect more cases as testing continues.

Elliot also says the confirmed case is a woman in her 30's who is currently at home under isolation.

According to Elliot the Health Center will give citizens a video update on the latest with the virus on the St. Francois County Health Center's Facebook page each Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm. If you have a question about the virus you may submit it to the Health by 4 pm Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and it will be answered in the Tuesday or Thursday updates.
