Health Education Programs at Health Center

(Park Hills, MO) There are 5 different free Health Education classes offered at the St. Francois County Health Center. A Registered Dietician at the center, Julie Gegg, says one of the classes involves walking.

Gegg adds their other programs include a Self Monitoring Blood Pressure class, Living a Healthy Life, Chronic Health Conditions, and Diabetes Self Management. According to Gegg the Walk With Ease class is the next in the series and it begins November 28th at the 1st Baptist Church in Desloge.
