Graf Talks Record Keeping Improvements

(St. Francois County, MO) St. Francois County Recorder of Deeds, Jay Graf, will retain his position after he won 78% of the vote in Tuesday's election. Graf says they've been with a grant to help accomplish the transfer of county records into the digital world.

According to Graf with the state programs they were able to transfer around 50 to 55 books a year and with the new federal assisatance they can move mny more. The records go back to 1821.
