(Madison County, MO) A man from Fredericktown, 50 year old Eric Francis, is suffering serious injuries following a one vehicle crash in Madison County last night. According to reports from the Highway Patrol the wreck happened just before 9:30 on County Road 504, 2 miles west of Fredericktown. Francis lost control of his pickup in a curve and it went off the road before hitting some trees. He was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash, and was taken by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
