Flood Watch Set to go into Effect

(St. Francois County, MO) A flood watch is set to go into effect at 6 o'clock this evening, lasting through 6 o'clock Thursday night. Officials with the National Weather Service say our area could see 1 to 3 inches of rain, and notes that excessive runoff might cause the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying areas. Officials ask you use extreme caution when traveling around flooded areas.
