(St. Francois County, MO.) KFMO B104 News is piecing together the events that made up the pursuit that took place early this morning at Bismarck. A traffic stop was apparently initiated by Bismarck Police over a traffic violation. The vehicle failed to stop and headed toward Park Hills on Highway 32 east. The driver fled east on Highway 32 and then ran off the highway on a curve west of the Old Elvins area at Sweeney's Salvage. The vehicle rolled over during the crash. The name of the individual has not been released and it's not know yet if the suspect was injured or what they were charged with after the chase ended. The Missouri State Highway Patrol also be came involved in the chase. The incident took place just before 5:30 this morning. So far there have been no arrest or accident reports placed on the Highway Patrol's Website concerning the incident.
