Crews Continue to Restore Water Service to Park Hills Residents

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Park Hills Water Department is making steady progress in restoring water service following a significant disruption.

Crews are working tirelessly to bring the water system back online after a major disruption that left many residents without service. Progress is being made, with water now gradually returning to homes in Rivermines, Esther, and Elvins. While this is an encouraging development, officials say many areas are still experiencing low pressure, and the central part of the city remains without water. Two water towers that were completely depleted are slowly refilling, a critical step toward stabilizing the system and restoring service citywide.

Residents with water are urged to conserve by limiting usage to essential purposes only, such as drinking and cooking. The water department says conserving water is key to helping the system recover more quickly. City officials are closely monitoring the situation and ask for continued patience during this recovery process.
