County Construction Growth Requires Manager

(Farmington, MO) The process of having a Construction Manager at Risk for St. Francois County continues with county commissioners. Presiding Commissioner, Harold Gallaher, says there are two ways the county can build a building and the most efficient is with a Construction Manager.

Only one bid for the position was received and it came from Brockmiller Construction. Gallaher says they expect to wrap up the process soon.
