County Commission Gets Hog Lesson

(Farmington, MO) If you're having problems with feral hogs there is a free service available to help eradicate the animals with the help of the University of Missouri Extension office. St. FRancois County Commissioners were given a presentation of the program Tuesday at this week's commission meeting. The Presiding Commissioner of the county, Harold Gallaher, says the hogs can destroy many acres of land quickly.

In other business at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting a County Seal contest update was given. There are 183 entries from all around the world and the United States. The contest has just a few days left.
