Council Hears Residential Development Requests

(Farmington, MO) Farmington City Council members are working with several development related requests from land owners. Farmington City Administrator, Greg Beavers, says one of those proposals would allow better security for a storage business by allowing a single apartment, or dwelling unit, in commercial areas by a special use permit only.

Other requests include changing some of the current commercial zoning for property north of the Rural King store in the area of Woodlawn and Maple Hills Drive from commercial to residential.
