Child Shot Thursday in Bismarck

(Bismarck, MO.) A 3 year old male is in critical condition at St. Louis Children's Hospital after a shooting in Bismarck Thursday night. A press release from Bismarck Chief of Police, Steven Poole, indicates Bismarck Police were called to a home in the 1000 block of Center Street about 9:20.  Lifesaving measures were administered on the scene and the child was transported to Children's's Hospital. The gunshot wound was to his upper body. The release goes on to say the preliminary investigation indicates the shooting appears to be accidental.
