Annex Building has Weather Schedule

(Farmington, MO) The St. Francois County Annex Building, in Downtown Farmington, is changing its hours of operations because of summer heat and an equipment problem. The new schedule was enacted Thursday and it's going to close the annex building at 2pm on days when the temperature exceeds 92 degrees. Officials will use weather predictions from the Farmington, Mo. forecast at weather.com as a standard for making the decision to stay open or close for the day. St. Francois County officeholders were sent an email by Presiding Commissioner, Harold Gallaher, which explained the procedure.
