Richard Barlow was born on December 18, 1956, in Bonne Terre, Missouri to the late Milton and Nettie Barlow. Richard enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, reading Psalms 23, and spending time with his family and friends. Richard passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 68. He was preceded in death by his parents Milton and Nettie Barlow, his brother Milton "Lonnie" Barlow, and his sister Theresa Hovis.
Richard is survived by:
Brothers: Gary Barlow and his wife Regina
Brother-in-law: Art Hovis
Sisters: Brenda Stewart and her husband Floyd, Alice Abney, and Jane Retzer and her husband Ryan
Aunts: Betty Johnson and Mabel Reeves
many cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, and family also survive.
Visitation will be held Monday April 28, 2025, from 11am until the service at 1pm at Coplin Funeral Home in Park Hills, Missouri with pastors Floyd Stewart and Ryan Retzer officiating. Interment will be at Leadwood Cemetery in Leadwood, Missouri.
