James “Rick” Blair, of Perryville, entered eternal rest on October 9, 2024, at his residence at the age of 68. He was born on March 11, 1956, in Galesburg, Illinois.
Rick is survived by his fiancée, Patty Heuring; his daughter, Teri Broadfield; his son, Trey Welty; and his brother, Brian (Audrey) Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Linda Blair, and his sister, Debra Glossip.
Rick enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle, racing four wheelers, camping, watching lawn mower races, and spending time with his family and friends. He found great joy in his two canine companions, Chugger and Gypsy.
