Everett Cain was born on March 18, 1946, in Pond Creek, Missouri to the late Roy and Allie (Skaggs) Cain. Everett passed away in his home on August 14, 2024, having reached the age of 78. He is preceded in death by his son Scott Bryan, his daughter Victoria Cain, his brothers Roy "Pete" Cain, Donald Cain, Wyman Cain, Robert "Bob" Cain and John Cain, his sisters Alma Sheriden and Debra Skaggs, his grandson Bryan Cain, and his great grandson Christopher Pyatt.

Sons: Roy Cain and wife Cynthia, David Woods-Cain and wife Cindee, Carl Bryan and wife Tina, and Mike Bryan and wife Paula
Daughters: Angela Boyer, Margarett Stuart and husband Bryan, Brenda Feeler, Linda Hunter, and Daughter In-Law Shelby Bryan
Brothers: Ronald Cain and Larry Skaggs, and Brother In-Law Ed Sheriden, and David Skaggs
Sisters: Joyce Cain, Irene Kearns and husband Will, Benda Castillo and husband Jerry, Anna Grupe and husband Dane, Linda Winick and husband Chuck
Fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, along with many friends and family also survive.
