Why Missouri Initiative Petition Reform

(Jefferson City, MO) The idea of reforming the initiative petition process in Missouri isn't new to members of the state legislature and it appears the topic will be discussed again this session. State Representative, Dale Wright, says under current rules it's too easy to change the Missouri Constitution.

According to Wright those who are working towards national initiatives find Missouri is one of the easiest states to start with when it comes to changing a state constitution.
