Thursday Crash St. Francois County

(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Park Hills, 47 year old William B. McKinnon, is recovering from moderate injuries after an accident involving two vehicles Thursday morning in St. Francois County. Highway Patrol reports show at 5:48 a.m. an SUV, whose driver, according to troopers, is unknown, was headed east at the intersection of Old Highway 8 and Spruce Street. It crossed the center of the roadway and struck the front of McKinnon's vehicle. A woman who was a passenger in the vehicle, 37 year old Stacey J. Harris of Advance, received Minor Injuries. Both McKinnon and Harris were transported to Parkland Health Center South at Farmington. McKinnon was wearing a seat belt during the crash, Harris was not.
