The Elections Uncontested Races Lean Republican

(St. Francois County, MO) There are several uncontested races in St. Francois County for government seats that include, not only county positions but state wide seats as well. Usually nearly all races in an election will have two or more candidates from various parties running against each other to claim the position. In this 2022 mid term election State Representatives Dale Wright and Mike Henderson are in uncontested races and will be gaining another term while facing no opponent in the actual election. The Associate Judge for the 24th Circuit, Division III, has one candidate, Brice Sechrest, as does the Associate Judgeship in the IVth division which will see Pat King elected again. St. Francois County Clerk, Kevin Engler, is running unopposed as is St. Francois County Circuit Clerk, Kristina Bone. The county's Prosecuting Attorney race has Blake Dudley running alone so he will become the next Prosecutor. The County Collector position will be taken by Angie Usery and the County Auditor seat goes to Louie Seiberlich. All the uncontested races will see Republicans taking those slots.
