Strong Storm Moves Through Area, Prompting Tornado Warning

(Park Hills, MO) Strong storms moved through the area early Wednesday afternoon, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a tornado warning for parts of the Parkland.

Heavy rain, strong winds and up to quarter size hail were reported. There were also some roads and yards that expierenced flooding in Park Hills, Desloge and Farmington.

Another round of storms are likely across the area later Wednesday evening, between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
