Ste. Genevieve Man Injured in Crash

(Perry County, MO) A Man from Ste. Genevieve, 70 year old Jay W. Brunk, is suffering serious injuries after he was involved in a one vehicle crash in Perry County Friday afternoon at 2:15. Highway Patrol reports indicate Brunk was driving a pickup west on Highway T, west of Highway BB, when the trunk ran off the right side of the road. It came back onto the highway, ran off the left side of the road, and crashed into a tree. Brunk, who was wearing a seat belt when the crash took place, was flown to St. Louis University Hospital.
