(Park Hills, MO) Officials at the St. Francois County Health Center remind you to stay safe in the heat and humidity this summer. The Environmental Public Health Specialist and Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at the Health Center, Donovan Kleinberg, says summer heat can catch up with you if you're unprepared.

Kleinberg adds those who are more at risk for heat exhaustion are the elderly, young children, and those who are overweight or underweight.
