Stay Hydrated In Extreme Heat Conditions

(Park Hills, MO) Health officials with the St. Francois County Health Center remind you the dangers this week of hot weather can bring. An Environmental Public Health Specialist, and Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, Donovan Kleinberg, says heat related illnesses can sneak up on those not prepared.

Kleinberg stresses the importance of staying hydrated while working in the heat, wear light colored clothing, and stay in the shade if possible.
