Statewide Best Practices Comments Requested

Statewide Best Practices Comments Requested

The Missouri Public Service Commission has begun collecting comments and suggestions regarding locating practices for natural gas lines to reduce the amount of pipeline damage in Missouri when pipelines are not located properly prior to work in their area.
At the end of the review, Public Service Commission Staff will submit a final summary document to compile that input from the interested parties into a document that will be distributed to natural gas pipeline operators and will be made available through this case to other stakeholders and the public.
This is not a contested case so anyone may file a comment without legal counsel, and the public is welcome to submit comments by forwarding electronic communications through the Commission’s electronic filing and information system at the Commission’s website, www.psc.mo.gov.
As part of the review process, Public Service Commission Staff will conduct a virtual workshop for all interested parties on June 17th.
