(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Fort Dodge, Iowa, 50 year old James D. Keck, is dead after he was struck by an SUV on Highway 67 Sunday in St. Francois County. According to reports from the Highway Patrol The SUV, driven by 47 year old Stephen R. Bulger of Cadet, was traveling north on Highway 67, at Canterberry Road, when it struck Keck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident took place at about 10:40 last Sunday morning.
