Shut Ins Staff Holds Halloween Event

(Lesterville, MO) Staff members at Johnson's Shut Ins State Park invite you to the annual Halloween Happenings event Saturday afternoon, October 23rd. This fun filled night will include host games, interpretive tables, costume judging and more. There will be an evening program around a campfire at 7:30 relating to Missouri's most disgusting and vile creatures. The event will be held in front of the Black River Center.  Registration for hayrides and costume judging starts at 3:30 with interpretive attractions,games, hayrides, and more happening from 4 to 6. Costume judging is at 6 o'clock and at 7:30 the evening's campfire program begins. Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park is located at 148 Taum Sauk Trail, Lesterville.
