Shop with a Cop Successful Again

(Farmington, MO.) The St. Francois County Shop with a Cop program is once again being hailed a success by St. Francois County Sheriff Dan Bullock after hundreds of children were served. The event was held at the Farmington Wal Mart and Bullock says it was a heart warming day. Bullock adds if it weren't for the people of St. Francois county, and the many businesses involved, there would be no Shop with a Cop.

Bullock explains Wal Mart also gets involved by not only allowing the event to be held in the Farmington store but they also furnish doughnuts, cookies, juice, coffee, chocolate milk, candy canes, and even Santa Claus. The company also donates money to the program. The children are each given $100 and whatever they buy with it is tax free.
