Representative Henderson's Three Proposed Bills

(Jefferson City, MO) Missouri Legislators are busy determining which bills should reach the Governor's before the end of the session. State Representative, Mike Henderson, who has proposed three bills, says the Missouri Constitution is too easily changed, and his Initiative Petition bill would make it harder for people who live outside Missouri, to have an impact on any new amendments.

Henderson has two other bills that have passed through the house and await action in the Senate. The Innovative Waivers bill allows school districts to apply to get out from under any regulations that make the education process difficult. Bently's Law Measure is the third bill, it would put more financial responsibility into the hands of drunk drivers who kill parents, in traffic accidents, and leave children orphans.
