Replacing Benham Street Wall in Bonne Terre

(Bonne Terre, MO) Bonne Terre officials are moving ahead with the replacement of the Benham Street wall. The City Administrator of Bonne Terre, Shawn Kay, says they looked into the problem once before however they couldn't come up with the funds for the job.

The bid process for the project is underway. The wall is on both sides of the eastern Benham Street Hill at the old Monterey Mushroom plant. Part of the structure is failing thus making the replacement a priority.
