Recreational Marijuana Sales Underway

(Jefferson City, MO) With the beginning of the sale of recreational marijuana in the state Missourians have many questions about the new law and its implementation. The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Corporal Logan Bolton says their stance has not changed on driving impaired whether it be from recreational marijuana use, alcohol, or some other drug.

Recreational users may purchase up to 3 ounces in a single transaction, and be lawfully in possession of up to 3 ounces of dried, processed marijuana or its equivalent.
