Potosi, Mo. (KFMO) - Patrons of the Potosi School District will vote on a special bond issue during the April 8, 2025 elections.
According to the Superintendent of the Potosi Schools, Alex McCaul, he encourages voters to visit the Facebook page "Citizens Supporting CARE" for information on what the approval of the measure would mean for the district.
McCaul explains the measure would support a $9.5 million no tax increase bond issue to provide educational and performance opportunities for the school and the community.
Approval of the bond issue would give the district funds to develop the site, construct, equip, and furnish a Performing Arts Center. It would also provide money to resurface the existing track and purchase new Trojan Marching Band uniforms.
