Pick Up and SUV Crash

(Ste. Genevieve County, MO) A man from Jackson, 65 year old Donald G. Wilson, is recovering from moderate injuries after he was hurt in a crash in St. Genevieve County Monday morning just before 7 o'clock. Highway Patrol reports show Wilson was driving his pick up north on Route M, south of Gisi Road, when his vehicle crossed over the centerline and crashed into an SUV being driven south by 26 year old Katelyn N. Battreal, of Ste. Genevieve. Wilson was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau while Battreal, who received minor injuries, was taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital at Ste. Genevieve. Both drivers were wearing their seat belts when the wreck took place.
