Park Hills Sewer Rate Increases

(Park Hills, MO) Park Hills city leaders are raising the sewer rates in the city by 10 percent after a vote at the most recent City Council Meeting. The City Administrator of Park Hills, Mark McFaland, says nobody likes to pay more, but due to inflation and needed repairs, higher rates could result in gaining access to grants.

In other business at the city council meeting, a motion to raise water rates for the city by 10 percent was rejected.
